Studio Lockout

$1750/day

(10-hour day, $200/hr overtime, outside engineers welcome)

A full lockout designed to keep you in the creative flow.

Includes:

• House engineer & assistant engineer

• On-site accommodations – always included with your booking (a one-time $250 housekeeping fee applies if used)

• Full access to our gear collection (see what’s here)

• Analog & digital tracking/mixing

• Extended tracking room access after hours (control room closes at the end of the workday)

Hourly Rate

$225/hr

For shorter sessions, available with a 4-hour minimum.

Includes:

• House engineer & assistant engineer – same great team, but this way they might actually make it home for dinner

• Full access to our gear collection – yes, the same gear, even if you're only here for a few hours

• Analog & digital tracking/mixing – still your choice, whether you're making a masterpiece or a voice memo

Early Check-In

If you'd like to settle in before your session starts, we offer early check-in options when availability allows. Early check-in is always subject to availability, as we prioritize our clients' sessions without overlap.

Options:

• Self Check-In (Hamlet Only) – Complimentary

  
  If the night before is free and you're happy to stay in The Hamlet (our on-site cottage), you’re welcome to settle in early at no additional charge. No staff required—you can arrive anytime that evening and make yourself at home, rummage through the fridge, stare at the stars, whatever gets you ready.
  

• Full Early Check-In & Studio Setup $675
  
  If you'd like to access both The Hamlet and Church accommodations or begin setting up in the studio the night before, we offer an early check-in option that includes:

  • Access to all accommodations

  • 4 hours of studio setup time (4–8pm)

  • A staff member on-site to greet you and assist

This option is perfect if you’d like to settle in, get comfortable, start organizing your gear, and do preliminary setup without the pressure of the clock starting on day one. If you want to do a full setup, run sounds, or begin recording, we recommend booking an hourly session instead. Consider it a head start on settling into Dreamland—before the real work (and magic) begins.

Extras

• Piano Tuning – $150 per tuning

• Photo/Video Services – Pricing varies based on the scope of your project. We’re happy to discuss your needs and provide an estimate.

• Additional housekeeping during session – Available upon request (additional fee applies)

• Complimentary phase cancellation – because some things just cancel out in the mix
